Downloadable Items

Unless otherwise noted, most of our products are digital files that can be downloaded immediately after purchase unless you pay with an e-check via PayPal. In those cases, you will receive the links after your check clears. You will be allowed five attempts to download the kit over seven days. If you have a problem downloading a kit, e-mail us at customer service for more download attempts. The link or links to download your purchases will be available in your account here at the site. When downloading, be sure to click "save as" rather than "open." Downloadable items are in the form of zipped files. You will need a program such as WinZip, or, in the case of Macintosh users, StuffIt, to unzip the files. To use our kits, you will need a photo-editing program, such as, but not limited to Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Photoshop Elements, Corel Paint Shop Pro and Microsoft Digital Image Pro, which can read transparent .png files, as well as .jpeg files.

CD/DVD Shipping

If you are on dial-up internet or need your order burned to a disk for any reason, please purchase this service. Orders will be sent via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified. Please include your shipping address when checking out on Paypal's site. We ship our packages through Paypal, and this makes the process much easier and secure. It also provides you with tracking information automatically for your shipment. For orders being sent outside the United States, just add the CD Burning Service to your cart twice to cover the cost of international shipping.
